By using Gacha Eats you agree to these terms.

The service: the app suggests nearby restaurants as a fun "gacha" pull. Restaurant names, ratings, hours, and photos are provided by Google Maps Platform and may be inaccurate or out of date — always confirm before you go. We are not responsible for any meal, venue, or third-party service (e.g. Uber Eats, foodpanda).
In-app purchases: gacha coins, "Remove Ads", and the "Foodie VIP" subscription are sold through Apple. Coins are a consumable virtual item with no monetary value and are non-refundable except as required by law; they cannot be exchanged for cash.
Subscription (Foodie VIP): an auto-renewable subscription offered monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. It renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

使用抽卡美食圖鑑（Gacha Eats）即表示你同意以下條款。

服務內容：本 App 以趣味「抽卡」方式推薦附近餐廳。餐廳名稱、評分、營業時間與照片由 Google Maps Platform 提供，可能不準確或過時，前往前請務必自行確認。我們不對任何餐點、店家或第三方服務（如 Uber Eats、foodpanda）負責。
App 內購買：抽卡幣、「移除廣告」與「美食家 VIP」訂閱皆透過 Apple 販售。抽卡幣為消耗型虛擬道具，無貨幣價值、不可兌換現金，除法律另有規定外不予退款。
訂閱（美食家 VIP）：為自動續訂訂閱，提供月付或年付。費用於確認購買時向你的 Apple ID 收取。除非你在當期結束前至少 24 小時關閉自動續訂，否則將自動續訂。可隨時於「設定 → 你的 Apple ID → 訂閱項目」管理或取消。購買訂閱時，免費試用未使用的部分將失效。
標準授權合約：除另有說明外，亦適用 Apple 標準授權應用程式合約：apple.com/legal/.../stdeula。
免責聲明：本 App 以「現況」提供，不附任何擔保。在法律允許範圍內，我們不對使用本 App 所生之任何損害負責。
